These Terms of Use govern your interactive access and usage of SoloFlow's core SaaS platform tools (including the Project tracker, Client Workspace, Cash Position Simulator, and AI Business Assistant). By navigating or utilizing the SoloFlow platform interface, you acknowledge that you are bound by these rules.

1. Acceptable Platform Use & System Boundaries

SoloFlow is structured as a lightweight operating system specifically for freelance professionals and independent operators.

• Individual Licensing: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the interface for managing your personal freelance Projects and Opportunities. Multi-user credentials sharing is strictly prohibited.
• API Utilization Limits: You agree not to interface with SoloFlow endpoints via automated scrapers, indexers, or unauthorized third-party extensions. Requests are rate-limited to maintain server stability for all operators.
• AI Code Injection: Users must not attempt to feed malicious prompts or injection scripts into SoloFlow's AI draft generator tools to exploit public model interfaces.

2. Account Management and Operational Security

To preserve 100% data separation, each User must maintain a distinct account workspace. You must supply an active email to receive OTP verification codes. You are responsible for ensuring that all personnel operating your account (such as subcontractors or administrative assistants) conform to these platform conditions.

3. Fair Usage & Platform Availability

We aim to keep SoloFlow highly reliable and calm. However, server maintenance and upgrades may cause intermittent offline periods. SoloFlow reserves the right to suspend or block accounts demonstrating erratic request patterns, unpaid Subscription cycles, or violations of code-of-conduct provisions.

4. Dispute Resolution & Disclaimers

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous uptime or uninterrupted calculations. Any operational complaints must be submitted to support@soloflow.ai.
