Welcome to SoloFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoloFlow application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SoloFlow Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or India, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SoloFlow provides a business operating system for freelancers, including Project tracking, Cash Position visibility, expense logging, and assistive AI-generated business insights.
Assistance Warning: The Services (including AI follow-up suggestions, Opportunity Simulators, and insights) are assistive tools. SoloFlow does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional accounting advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their financial metrics, client correspondences, and compliance default configurations.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access. You agree to input accurate, complete business information.
Client Consent: By inputting third-party client details (names, emails, phone numbers) into our Services, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from those parties in compliance with local privacy frameworks (such as the GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and Indian DPDP Act).
We offer free tiers and paid subscription plans (SoloFlow Pro).
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful activities or in a manner that infringes on third-party rights. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the security infrastructure of our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including local consumer protection frameworks like the Australian Consumer Law, Canadian Consumer Protection Acts, and the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019), SoloFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or business outcomes resulting from:

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or India, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
