Data Compliance Statement

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

SoloFlow takes a rigorous and comprehensive stance on international data compliance. As a freelance operating system, we process financial, personal, and client tracking metrics across seven target jurisdictions: the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and India.

1. Local & Regional Data Sovereignty

SoloFlow integrates with PostgreSQL and Supabase instances deployed across geographically secure cloud zones.

  • GDPR / UK GDPR: All records corresponding to individuals in the EU and UK are processed under strict contractual necessity. Cross-border transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are guarded with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Indian DPDP Act, 2023: In our capacity as a Data Fiduciary, SoloFlow implements strict audit trails. Freelancers acting as Data Principals or entering client contact details (Data Principals) are required to assure they possess lawful consent. Redressal inquiries are handled by our grievance portal at compliance@soloflow.ai.
  • APRA & Privacy Act 1988 (Australia / NZ): Data audits and client details uploaded within the Oceania regions are protected against cross-context tracking and profiling.

2. Financial Compliance & Payment Standards

SoloFlow does not store, route, or catalog raw bank accounts or credit card details. All invoicing, recurring billing Subscriptions, and transactions are direct handshakes managed by:

  • Stripe: Audited to PCI-DSS Level 1 specifications for US, UK, EU, Canada, and Oceania billing.
  • Razorpay: Operates fully under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for UPI, localized Indian wallets, and net-banking transactions.

3. AI Processing Audits

AI-generated follow-up recommendations and Project insights utilize Large Language Models. In compliance with international AI ethics standards:

  • Raw customer metrics are passed only for transient inference processing and are never stored or used to train public foundation models.
  • Users retaining high custody preferences can integrate custom OpenAI API keys to control request parameters directly.
